Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and the paid amount received from you shall be refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.
The Order May Be Cancelled By the User at Various Stages For Different Reasons:
1) Cancelling Order Before Shipping: Any Order cancelled before initiation of the shipment, refund procedure will be processed with immediate effect. It will take a maximum of 15 days for Glendale to process the refund, and to have the same reflected in your credit-card/debit card/net banking - account, based on the internal processes of the bank.
2) Cancelling Order after Shipping: Cancellation of order after it is shipped from the seller place is not allowed and glendaleteas.com reserves its absolute right in the matter.
Please note that, for all refunds except for requests for cancellation before shipping, the shipping charges and taxes will be deducted from the paid amount, and this may vary from product-to-product.
The product becomes eligible for return to Glendale, upon compliance with our return policies. The return policies have been created keeping in mind, the best interest of our customers.
1) Each product has a unique time-period within which it has to be returned. Failing to do so will render the product ineligible for return or refund.
2) The product that has been found to be damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery can be returned before using the product.
3) The product, on return, should not have any damages or any physical tampering because of customer-use. Glendale will accept returns only for damaged goods that are not opened.
4) The product must have all the tags intact that were provided at the time of the purchase. It is also essential to provide the original bill and packing-elements of the product.
5) Glendale reserves its right to declare a product ineligible for refund, and in case of a discrepancy, the decision of glendaleteas.com shall be final and binding.
In most locations, the pick-up for the return-goods will be arranged by Glendale. However, in certain locations where the pick-up can’t be effected, the return-delivery has to be arranged by the customer. A refund of a maximum of INR 100 will be offered as shipping-compensation to the customer along with the refund.
6) An order placed through proper channel can be cancelled only through the website before the order is shipped by the supplier.
7) Return/Replacement of product should be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of delivery by the customer and any damage or use of the product at the User location leading the product unsuitable for further use shall not be covered under this return/replacement policy.
